This marks the official commissioning of the first domestic general aviation aircraft composite material automated production line.It is reported that Geely General Aviation Manufacturing Base took the lead to roll off the XC-25 UAV on the 27th. At the same time, it is equipped with fixed and rotary wings. It is driven by pure electric power and can take off and land vertically. It has large load capacity, long endurance, and strong anti-interference ability. Features, can be used in scientific surveying and mapping, agricultural aerial broadcast, electric security inspection and security patrol and other fields.
The aircraft has also participated in the search mission of the Chang’e-5 return capsule.
Except for the XC-25 drone,The Geely General Aviation manufacturing base will also produce various types of logistics drones, aerial manned speed vehicles and other aircraft products.
The Geely General Aviation Manufacturing Base is located in the Hannan General Aviation and Satellite Industrial Park in Wuhan Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of approximately 267,000 square meters. One is the manufacturing base and product delivery center of Geely Technology‘s aviation business.
The base has the first domestic automated production line of composite materials for general aviation aircraft.Compared with the traditional hand-built aviation manufacturing production line, it can save more than 60% of labor costs, and can achieve an annual output of more than 1,000 composite industrial-grade UAVs with a wingspan of more than 4 meters.
