Rini on Twitter: «we start badly». Lavevaz: “Before the meeting, a discussion between the Region and the Minister is essential”

Another stop for the Joint State Commission – Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta. After the mess over the appointment of the representatives of the Region, the expected inauguration session was postponed.

“We’re off to a bad start,” writes Emily Rini, member of the State Nomination Commission on Twitter. The first meeting of the Paritetica «already convened for a week in videoconference, has been skipped due to the absences of” some members of the regional nomination “, however communicated only yesterday», says the regional coordinator of Forza Italia.

The three representatives of the Region are Senator Albert Lanièce; Barbara Randazzo, full professor of public law institutions, and Senator Gianclaudio Bressa, chosen after the sudden step backwards by the jurist Giovanni Maria Flick.

On the situation that has arisen, the President of the Region, Erik Lavevaz, explains: “Beyond the difficulties of one of the members in being present at the meeting for the installation of the Commission, which instead asks for the presence of all the members, the postponement is necessary because before the meeting, a discussion between the regional presidency and the minister is indispensable ”. The Region would like the presidency of the Commission and agree in advance on the issues that the advisory body will have to address with greater urgency.

All postponed for the Aosta Valley Commission, therefore, while the joint ventures of the other Regions with special autonomy have already been fully operational since mid-month.
