The First Plenary Session of the 11th Fujian Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China convenes to elect Yin Li as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee

On November 29, the first plenary meeting of the 11th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Fuzhou.

Yin Li presided over the plenary meeting. There were 79 provincial committee members and 16 alternate members attending the plenary meeting.

The plenary session passed the “Measures for the Election of the First Plenary Session of the Eleventh Committee of the Fujian Province of the Communist Party of China” and a list of candidates for candidates for the Standing Committee of the Eleventh Committee of the Fujian Province of the Communist Party of China.

After a secret ballot, Yin Li, Zhao Long, Luo Dongchuan, Zhang Yan, Li Yangzhe, Xing Shanping, Lin Baojin, Cui Yonghui, Guo Ningning, Wu Kailin, Song Hongxi, Wang Yongli, and Liu Jianyang were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the 11th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Yin Li was elected as the secretary of the 11th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Zhao Long and Luo Dongchuan were elected as the deputy secretaries of the 11th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.

After the election, the plenary session passed the “Report on the Election Results of the First Plenary Session of the 11th Fujian Disciplinary Inspection Committee of the Communist Party of China.”

The plenary session passed the “Decision of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China to deeply understand the party’s major achievements and historical experience in a century of struggle, and to gather a strong spiritual power for the development of Fujian.”

Yin Li said–

The emergence of the new leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection is based on the trust of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and is the trust of the broad masses of party members and cadres throughout the province. Yin Li said that the plenary meeting elected me as the secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. I deeply feel the responsibility and mission is like a mountain. Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core, together with the members of the Provincial Party Committee, I will be on duty all night and be dedicated and diligent. Enterprising and pragmatic work, continue to strengthen the self-construction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, unite and lead the people of the province to work together and concentrate to promote high-quality development and beyond, and strive to write the chapter of comprehensively building a modern socialist country in Fujian, and live up to General Secretary Xi Jinping and the party The trust of the central government has lived up to the expectations of the broad masses of party members, cadres and the masses of the province.

Yin Li said–

Due to age reasons or job changes, some comrades in the tenth provincial party committee no longer enter the new provincial party committee. During their tenure, these comrades emphasized politics, party spirit, and responsibilities, and devoted great efforts to the development of Fujian, made important contributions, and expressed their high respect.

At the plenary session, Yin Li, on behalf of the newly elected Provincial Committee Standing Committee, reported to the plenary session on the thorough implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party. Yin Li emphasized–

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party proposed that the party establishes Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position of the Party Central Committee and the core position of the whole party, and establishes the guiding position of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This reflects the common aspiration of the whole party, the army and the people of all ethnic groups in the country , Is of decisive significance for the development of the cause of the party and the country in the new era, and for advancing the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. General Secretary Xi Jinping has worked in Fujian for 17 and a half years and has created a series of important concepts and major practices. He has deep feelings for the mountains and rivers of Fujian and his fathers and villagers. This is the most significant and unique advantage of Fujian’s development. The new provincial party committee must set an example in keeping in mind the “two establishments” and achieving the “two maintenances”, and always maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in ideological and political actions. We must use a high degree of political consciousness to internalize the “two establishments” and “two maintenances” in the heart and externalize them in action, firmly and conscientiously learn to understand and practice the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Jinping, and improve the promotion of the Party Central Committee. The decision-making deployment implements the implementation mechanism, and continuously improves political judgment, political understanding, and political execution.
