The Five Star Movement is officially a party

The statute of the 5 Star Movement was published in the section “Commission for guaranteeing statutes and for the transparency and control of the reports of political parties” of the Official Gazette. An act that fully certifies its party status.
The M5S is therefore officially a party. Commission for the guarantee of the statutes and for the transparency and control of the statements of political parties, with resolution of April 7, 2022, approved the application for registration in the register of parties presented by the M5S on March 14, 2022 and resubmitted on March 31. 2022. The statute of the Movement was published in the Official Gazette yesterday. In December, the Commission had rejected the request of the M5S, an indispensable condition for accessing the 2xMille loan, considering the statute of the pentastellates not suitable for satisfying the requisites required. On 11 March the members of the Movement approved the new statute with the changes requested by the Commission: the new text therefore replaced the one in force from 3 August 2021, which in the meantime had been ‘frozen’ by a provision of the Court of Naples to following the appeal lodged by a group of activists.
