The Government of Arauca announced the delivery of new homes to 232 vulnerable families in the municipalities of Arauca, Cravo Norte and Puerto Rondón.

This effort represents a significant milestone in the departmental government’s ongoing commitment to improving the living conditions of its most needy citizens, which will benefit approximately 2,000 people in the territory.

The inaugural event will take place this Tuesday, April 23 in the municipality of Arauca starting at 8 in the morning, where 132 families will officially receive the keys to their new apartments in Los Laureles 2, located in commune 3. This delivery It symbolizes a new beginning for these families, providing them with security and stability in a home environment.

On Thursday, April 25, the delivery ceremony will continue in the municipality of Puerto Rondón, where another 50 homes in the Villa Raquel urbanization will be delivered to their beneficiaries. And on Friday, April 26, attention will turn to the municipality of Cravo Norte, where another 50 homes in the Villa Luisa urbanization will be delivered, thus completing the delivery to the 232 selected families.

The homes, both apartments and houses, are designed as basic units with multiple spaces, including living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry area, with the possibility of expanding to a third room to adapt to needs. futures of families.

The estimated value of the apartments to be delivered in Arauca is 60 million pesos, while the homes in Cravo Norte and Puerto Rondón have an estimated value of 50 million pesos. As part of the shared commitment, the beneficiary families will contribute to the legalization of their new homes.
