And we couldn’t, but above all we didn’t want to, leave customers without bread ».

«The whole structure will be completely renovated: from the sales area, which will be completely new, to the confectionery production chain. We love our customers and for this reason, despite the not exactly favorable times, we have decided both to focus on the continuity of the service and not to give up on any of the 150 or more products made with the artisanal method and baked every day “.

“We can say that people appreciate our work and have always left favorable comments on social networks”.

«We have already sold many doves, and there are still two good weeks to Easter. We hear some competition from supermarkets, but our quality is certainly higher. Unfortunately, local authorities do not always understand the real extent of our commitment. Our company, which also has sales outlets in other municipalities, is also important from the employment side ».

How many employees do you have?

“Currently, between drivers and bakers, we have 22; with the renovation of the structure we will reach 30, including 2 places in the laboratory with career opportunities. Basically we will hire another 8 people, mostly young people ».

The Marcon bakery was born in 1972 in via Salvadei on the initiative of two young spouses: Ernesto Marcon and Anna. After a few years, with the development of the business, the move to Tai in the central via Coletti.
