Wu Qian:Retirement of soldiers is a routine task of the military, and a certain number of soldiers are retired from active service in accordance with the law each year. During their military service, they guarded the borders and defended their homes and defended the country, and made sacrifices and contributions to national defense and army building. When they returned to the local area, they would continue to serve economic and social development and become an indispensable force for socialist modernization. This year’s soldier retirement work has many new features:One isThe Party Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission attach great importance to the implementation of the “Military Service Law”, “Military Status and Rights Protection Law”, and “Retired Servicemen Protection Law”. A series of policies to favor soldiers have been introduced.two isThrough the in-depth study and education of party history and the theme education of “inheriting the red gene and taking on the responsibility of strengthening the army”, all troops have strengthened the ideological foundation of the majority of retired soldiers to continue to contribute to the party and the people.Three isAll levels of the military and local governments organized retired soldiers to leave the team with emotion and temperature.
