Song Yanhai, 58, used to be the director of the Public Security Bureau of Mengjin County (deputy county level treatment) and the head of the special police detachment of the Luoyang Public Security Bureau. Wang Wenhai, the former director and party secretary of the Henan Provincial Department of Justice, was investigated on July 14 this year. Wang Wenhai was accused of being one of the umbrellas of the “Four Brothers of the Song Family” gang.
Four Song brothers suspected of major cultural relics case in Luoyang
The case involving the four Song brothers refers to the major cultural relics case in Luoyang. Song Yanbin and Song Yanqing were accused of being the number one suspects in the case, and Song Yanhai and Song Yanhong were both police officers.

Zhan said that these cultural relics were deposited by the Song brothers in Luoyang. Wang Wenhai served in Henan Provincial Procuratorate, Provincial Supervision Department, Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, Provincial Department of Justice and other departments. He was the director of the Fourth Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, the director of the Fifth Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, and the Deputy Director of the Provincial Supervision Department. , Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Department of Justice, etc.
Wang Wenhai was the director of the “610 Office” in Henan Province. He was traced by the International Organization for Investigating and Persecuting Falun Gong because of his involvement in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. During his tenure as Director of the Henan Provincial Department of Justice, Wang Wenhai was also included in the list of persons responsible for the persecution.
