From 8 on Thursday, up to km 11 + 50
From 8 on Thursday 27 May the Provincial Road 50 of Colle del Nivolet will be reopened up to Km 11 + 550, in the locality of Serrù.
In fact, the usual cleaning and routine maintenance of the roadway has been completed, which is free from snow up to Lake Serrù. The stretch still forbidden to transit, between Km. 11 + 550 and Km. 18 + 460, will be reopened to tourist traffic, also for subsequent sections, compatibly with the snow conditions of the roadway, of the slopes placed close to the carriageway and with the progress of snow clearing operations. In June, the Traffic Management 1-Traffic Coordination Department will issue the ordinance for the closure of the Provincial road to motorized traffic on public holidays in July and August, coinciding with the “Walking in the Clouds” initiative promoted by the Gran Paradiso National Park and from the Metropolitan City of Turin.
