On the 24th, NTD reporters found out that there was an official in Tianjin with the same name as “Zhao Lan Ge”, who had served as the president of the Ninghe County Court in Tianjin City.
The reporter went to the “Tianjin Jinnan District Court” and the “Tianjin Ninghe County Court” and was unable to find the names and resumes of the past presidents, only the name of the current president.
At the same time, the resume of the president of the Ninghe County Court of the same name as Zhao Lange could not be found.
The reporter verified that Zhao Lange, the president of the Ninghe County Court, served at least as far back as October 2002. This is because in the report on “Strengthening the Construction of Clean Government to Ensure the Fairness and Efficiency of Ninghe Court Judges’ Integrity Handbook” on October 21, 2002, China Court mentioned that Zhao Lange was the president of the Ninghe County Court.
It is currently impossible to judge whether Zhao Lange, the president of the Ninghe County Court, is the former party secretary and president of the Tianjin Jinnan District Court.
However, the reporter found the name “Zhao Lan Ge” in the post on December 31, 2011 signed by Sohu “Tianjin Daily”-“New Standing Committees of People’s Congresses, Governments, CPPCC Leaders and Court Houses in 15 Districts and Counties”.
