He used to be the driver of Yao Zhongmin, former vice president and chairman of the board of supervisors of China Development Bank. Yao Zhongmin was sentenced to 14 years in prison in August 2017.

Zhong Daohua and Long Yanjun are colleagues of the Infrastructure Project Coordination Office of the Departmental Administrative Affairs Bureau. According to the above report, people from China Development Bank revealed that Zhong Daohua may also be due to problems in the infrastructure project.

“Caixin Weekly” once reported that the projects that Hu Huaibang arranged for China Development Bank to promote, including Huaxin, HNA Group, which have already experienced major cases or endangered companies, are the largest lending banks. Huaxin was the largest case that caused the largest loan loss to the banking industry since 1949, and Hu Huaibang was the most responsible.

According to reports, Huaxin received nearly 100 billion yuan in loan support from China Development Bank, while HNA Group received more than 80 billion yuan in loans from China Development Bank.
