The tear of the Regions: “Remove the asymptomatic from the count of new cases”

Covid circulates a lot, the ASL services have not been able to trace all the cases for days, hospital admissions are increasing. And so the Regions prepare a letter for the ministry and the Higher Institute of Health asking for some measures to be changed. That is, to consider only the symptomatic cases, to remove the end-of-quarantine pad for those who have no symptoms and to review the rules for elementary schools.
