According to the reconstruction of the investigators, the two suspects, after having committed the attack in Italy, should have gone to Africa to join the terrorist organization “Islamic State”.
During the operation, a number of searches were carried out which made it possible to seize computer equipment and chemical products – precursors for the manufacture of explosive devices – delivered to the Scientific Investigations Group for technical investigations.
