The animal was owned by the president of the FdI city club
CHIVASSO. The carabinieri of the Chivasso company are investigating the macabre discovery, on the night between Saturday and Sunday, of a slaughtered calf in a field next to the Freidano cycle path, on the outskirts of Settimo Torinese.
The animal, a Piedmontese calf weighing about 350 kilos, was stolen from a nearby farmhouse: the perpetrators of the theft had begun to slaughter it when, perhaps disturbed, they ran away.
The farm where the theft took place is owned by the family of Gabriele Bellotto, who in the city is president of the circle of Brothers of Italy.
