The adrenaline shot up in any case: «I rushed out but I didn’t see anyone», Casarin continues in the story, «but I saw the crushed grass on the back of my house, a sign that the thieves have taken that road. Then, curiously, ten minutes later we heard a car descend towards Arsiè. Very strange, because usually no one passes at that time. Maybe it was the thieves, who knows. I hope the cameras can help the carabinieri. In the end, only one pair of my son’s sunglasses is missing. On the other hand, the thieves lost other stolen goods near my house, like a watch that was immediately handed over to the carabinieri. After what has happened I will have to change my habits even here on vacation ».

A few hundred meters downstream, the thieves had free rein in a house that was empty at that time. There they hit between 22.30 and 23. Sabrina Lira tells what happened: “They rang the bell from my brother Christian who lives nearby, he went out to see and the thieves ran away. There were three of them, all dressed in dark. He called me to warn me. At that point I left home to go and retrieve the boys in Arsiè and when I returned I realized that they had entered my apartment and that of the neighbors. I have overturned cabinets and drawers, a very unpleasant feeling, even if there is no shortage of valuables ”.
The dynamics of the events suggests that the gang, despite the arrival of the carabinieri on the villa in via Santa Libera for the reliefs, may have remained hidden, waiting for the camp to be free to be able to strike in the other house. The feeling is that the band is beating Feltrino. It is difficult to understand if these are the same authors who forced a van in Pedavena on Friday.
