IN SECRECY. With the basic awareness that “the secret is within each of us and is kindness, the key to living well together”, on the morning of Saturday 26, in the premises of the Municipal Library in Piazza Marconi, Salassa welcomed its new very young fellow citizens, 13 delightful babies between boys and girls who came to light in the arc of 2021.
The simple and significant ceremony provided for the symbolic delivery by the mayor, Roberta Bianchetta, of the key of kindness with which the little ones became part of the community.
Precisely to soften the “heavy” climate of recent times, the Municipality and the Library have decided to join this beautiful initiative as an important moment to be close to the families who in this period more than ever need to feel the love of the community in which live and community support in educating and protecting children with kindness. Nor is the location chosen by chance, the Library, due to its intrinsic meaning, a place of culture and meeting, open to all, adults and children, always ready to open its doors to welcome enriching initiatives for growth and educational training and Human. The Salasso babies were honored with a bookmark in the shape of a key to symbolize the handover of the keys to the town, an ad hoc certificate and a copy of the volume “The little prince”. –
