Against him a sentence of imprisonment to serve a year and eight months
A 32-year-old Romanian citizen was arrested on Monday evening by financiers at the Gran San Bernardo in collaboration with officials from the Customs Agency. The man was the recipient of a prison sentence issued by the Treviso Public Prosecutor’s Office: he must serve a residual sentence of 1 year and 8 months.
The 32-year-old was stopped in a high-powered car while on his way to Switzerland.
He is also charged with precedents for crimes against property and for possession and manufacture of false identification documents.
