[NTD News September 23, 2021, Beijing time]The CCP’s decades-long family planning policy has caused a population crisis, and the heavy burden of living has also made it difficult for the authorities to implement the three-child policy. A certain village in Guangdong, in order to stimulate the proliferation of the ethnic group, recently organized its own prize-bearing births and received a total of 90,000 yuan in subsidies for every baby born.

According to “Zhanjiang Daily” WeChat public account on September 21, Huangzhugen Natural Village, Baodun Administrative Village, Yingzai Town, Lianjiang, Guangdong, posted the “Announcement on Supporting Children of Huangzhugenlin Brothers” on September 1, starting from September 2021. For babies born on the 1st, a monthly allowance of 3,000 yuan for each baby, 3,300 yuan for the third child, and a subsidy to two and a half years old. Each baby can get a total of 90,000 yuan or 99,000 yuan.

The CCP has implemented a family planning policy since 1980, and each family is only allowed to have one child. Many babies were forced to undergo abortions, miscarriages, and even brutally killed after birth. According to official data, since the implementation of the “one-child policy” in 1980, the number of forced abortions has exceeded 400 million, which is equivalent to the “Nanjing Massacre” produced by the Japanese army 40 times a year.

Over the past few decades, the family planning policy has led to a population crisis in China, and the fertility rate has been declining year by year. The Chinese Communist government opened up the two-child policy in 2015 and opened up the three-child policy in 2021. However, the public’s reaction to this was indifferent, and some netizens believed that “this is for the rich.”

Netizens’ “dominant 138” pointed out the fundamental problem that many young people in mainland China dare not have children: “The housing prices are too high to support them.”

“Lushui 8” then said: “You can’t give birth to a third child without a second child!”

Chinese population expert Yi Fuxian is also not very optimistic about this. He said in an interview with Radio Free Asia: “Although the Chinese (Communist) government has issued a document this time, it does not have too many supportive measures.”

He compared China with Japan, “Japan directly rewards young couples with money, free medical care, and education. They are all real money; while China still stays on slogans, and the operation of specific measures requires money. .”

In recent years, China’s economy has declined and fiscal revenue has plummeted. Data released in July this year showed that the fiscal revenue of 31 provinces across the country, except for Shanghai’s surplus, all other provinces and cities are negative. Yi Fuxian believes that, therefore, it is impossible for the Chinese Communist government to give much money to support the birth policy.
