The minimum temperature was pressed south to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River near the 10°C line.

Monitoring shows that yesterday, heavy rains occurred in the central and eastern parts of Hainan Island, with heavy rains in Wanning, Lingshui, Baoting, Qiongzhong, Tunchang and other places (100-196 mm, maximum hourly rainfall 20-45 mm); in western Tibet and Rain or sleet is 1 to 5 millimeters in the south, and 10 to 24 millimeters in Shigatse and Nyingchi. .

It is expected that the precipitation in Tibet will continue to expand eastward today and tomorrow, and the rain in Hainan will also continue. The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that today, there will be light to moderate snow in parts of southern Xinjiang, northern and western Tibet, among which heavy to heavy snow (10-13 mm) in parts of western Tibet. There was light rain in parts of eastern Tibet, central northwestern, southern Gansu, southeastern southeastern, most of Zhejiang, and Hainan Island. Among them, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Hainan Island.
