Traffic jams and protests in the hospital area: in Conegliano “Unbearable chaos”

Via Cadorna closed from Monday for the Piave Servizi construction site. Residents stuck, difficulties even for ambulances

CONEGLIANO. It was enough to close a secondary road, via Cadorna, to create chaos in the hospital area, with incoming and outgoing ambulances struggling to extricate themselves from traffic.

Several patrols of the local police intervened, but the traffic jams continued yesterday afternoon. The motorists and even the residents of the neighborhood were infuriated. This week, as announced by Piave Servizi, work has begun to replace the aqueduct and sewers in the area between the friars and Rocca park.
