10 teams ready for the removal of unexploded bombs
(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 25 – The United States has donated 4 million dollars to support a demining and unexploded ordnance removal program in Ukraine. This was announced on Twitter by the Politico-Military Affairs office of the US State Department.
The US funds, the tweet read, will go to support the British non-governmental organization Halo Trust, which specializes in removing debris left over from the war. 10 teams will be created to de-mine and remove unexploded bombs. (HANDLE).
