CASARSA. He couldn’t believe it, so he asked the owner of the Stazione di Casarsa coffee to check the scratch card.
“When I told him he had won 70,000 euros, he smiled, he remained composed – says the owner, Ermes Franzon -. Maybe he was still incredulous.
He is a humble boy, he had health problems and is not currently working, he is of Nigerian origins and has lived in Casarsa for a year, with his wife and two children.
