“The building that we are inaugurating today is more than a building for us. It represents a symbol of progress and innovation in the investigative work carried out by the scientific police. For the Deputy Commissioner General in charge of the administration of the PNC, Tshibangu, the construction of this work is a big step in modernizing the work of the Scientific Police. He pleaded for good use of this work tool.
