USA, S&P Case-Shiller Index in December -0.4%, annual +5.5% — idealista/news

US home prices fell again in December, for the second consecutive month. The S&P/Case Shiller index, which calculates house prices in major cities? USA, reported a monthly decline of 0.4%. On an annual basis, the index recorded an increase of 5.5%.

The 10-city index recorded a monthly decline of 0.2%, while on an annual basis the 10-city index always recorded an increase of 7%.
