The opening day of the campaign in Friuli Venezia Giulia ended with 28,527 bookings
UDINE. The number of bookings for phase 3 of the vaccination campaign dedicated to vulnerable people and the age group between 75 and 79 continues to grow in Friuli Venezia Giulia. The campaign, which opened on Wednesday 24 March, already has 38,019 bookings on Thursday 25 March.
The update dates back to 13, with this subdivision: 17,030 people falling into the fragile category; 20,989 between 75-79 years. A number still destined to grow during the day. More specifically, on Thursday morning, 9,492 people were booked, of which 4,094 “fragile” and 5,398 aged 75-79.
The opening day of the campaign in Friuli Venezia Giulia closed with 28,527 bookings divided as follows: 12,936 for vulnerable people; 15,591 for those aged between 75 and 79. Summing up yesterday’s 28,527 bookings with 9,492 this morning, we have thus far reached 38,019.
We remind people with frailty that Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be administered. In the 75-79 age group, the AstraZeneca vaccine will be inculated. Considering the thousands of requests made by this second category, it seems evident that in the region there are generally no fear of side effects from the administration of AstraZeneca after the green light from the drug agencies (European and Italian) and from the Italian government. .
