ROMA – Italy is starting the third dose operation while the end of the first part of the vaccination campaign seems to be approaching. Yesterday, just under 85% (i.e. 84.71%) of citizens over 12 years old who had been given an administration, while those who completed the cycle had reached the fateful threshold of 80% on Saturday evening.
At the rate with which the first doses are being made these days, it could take almost two months to reach the 90% target, never formalized but for some time now on the lips of national health managers.
