The denunciation of the opposition exponent Francesco Agus

(ANSA) – CAGLIARI, 03 SEPT – Most of the majority Sardinian regional councilors did not get the vaccine. This was denounced by Francesco Agus (Progressives), an opposition member of the Sardinian Assembly, in a post on Facebook entitled “The most insecure place among those I frequent is the Regional Council”. According to the progressive “it is absurd to make this observation at a time when the Green pass is required to work in a school or have breakfast at a bar”. Agus also disputes the reasons given by the interested parties to justify the lack of vaccination: “only the story of the dog that ate the Green pass is missing”.

In any case, he explains, “I don’t want to go into the merits of the good example that those who cover public roles are required to give because everyone has to deal with their own conscience”. However, he stresses, “here we are talking about the need to protect themselves, their families and the staff who work in the Council”.

For this reason, he adds, “the majority colleagues and members of the Executive who have not done so should get vaccinated as soon as possible”. And finally he announces that he will ask “the Prime Minister to intervene to make the sometimes cramped premises where meetings are held safer. And to ensure that the personal (wrong) choices of some do not fall on others”. (HANDLE).
