Valle d’Aosta orange, regional ordinance signed with exceptions

The President of the Region signed a provision with the rules for travel, bars and restaurants, shops and sports activities from 15 March

AOSTA. The president of the Region today signed a new ordinance in view of the entry into force of the orange zone, from March 15, on the whole Aosta Valley. The measure, announced in a press release by the presidency of Piazza Deffeyes, will contain some exceptions with respect to the limitations of the Dpcm.

Movements

National provisions allow you to move to the orange zone within your municipality, while the regional ordinance will allow you to move throughout the region during the day to use the services not available in your municipality or for outdoor sports. There remains the prohibition to go out or enter the Aosta Valley except for proven work, health or necessity requirements and the prohibition to enter the Aosta Valley to reach second homes. The curfew remains from 10pm to 5am.

Visits to friends and relatives

From 15 March to 2 April it is allowed to go to a private home only once a day with the limit of two people, as well as children under 14, disabled and non self-sufficient people.

Bars and restaurants

The catering activities can carry out a take-away service from 5 to 22 and home delivery without time limits. It is forbidden to consume food and drinks near the premises and gatherings are not allowed.

Shops and commercial activities

According to the ordinance, retail commercial activities and personal services are carried out in such a way that all the necessary security measures are ensured and the observance of the respective protocols or guidelines suitable for preventing or reducing the risk of contagion.

Museums, exhibitions, casinos

Museums and exhibitions are closed, libraries remain open with services by reservation and always in compliance with the containment measures of the epidemic emergency. Theaters, betting rooms, and casinos remain closed.

Gyms and swimming pools

The activities of gyms, swimming pools, swimming pools, wellness centers and spas are suspended, but the services falling within the essential levels of assistance for rehabilitation or therapeutic activities and for the training of athletes, professionals and non-professionals, may continue to be provided. they must participate in competitions and events of national importance recognized by CONI or CIP.
