The situation of infections in Valle d’Aosta continues to improve and the region finally sees the white that should be triggered, last in Italy, from Monday 28 June. The number of beds in the medical and intensive care area is below saturation threshold. According to the latest USL bulletin, there were 2 new cases yesterday compared to 113 people tested. Currently positive people drop to 35 (-3), only one person is hospitalized. Empty the ICU. The vaccination campaign continues remaining below the national average: 26.8% of the population has completed the vaccination cycle (Italy average 27.6%). And there are many, 345, health workers who have not yet received the vaccine, thus not fulfilling the obligation imposed by the law decree of 2021. Of these, 90 are doctors enrolled in the Order of Doctors (including hospital doctors , medical managers, general practitioners and dentists); 15 are doctors not enrolled in the Order but in any case operating in structures or institutions present in the area; 80 are nurses enrolled in the Aosta Order of Nurses and 160 are socio-health workers. This was announced by the councilor for health Roberto Barmasse following a question proposed by the councilor Mauro Baccega in the regional council. A reminder has already been sent to the health workers.A.A.
