A sixty-year-old was traveling with his 40-year-old daughter beside him: the uncontrolled car crashed into a tree
VILLAMASSARGIA. Struck down by a heart attack while driving the car, then ended up off-road. The drama took place this afternoon June 24 on the provincial road 69 near the town of Villamassargia. The victim is a 60 year old from Carloforte, who was traveling with his 40 year old daughter on board an Alfa Romeo 156.
After the sudden illness that hit the driver, the car continued its journey and ended up in a ditch among some eucalyptus trees. The emergency services of 118 with the staff of a medicalized ambulance from Iglesias were of no use. Rescued his daughter in the throes of a strong state of shock.
