Wang Youqun: Wang Like was “double-opened”. Meng Jianzhu is at high risk? | Five Tigers of Politics and Law | Coup

by admin

[Epoch Times September 22, 2021]On September 22, Wang Like, former member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, was expelled from the party, expelled from public office, and transferred to the judicial authority for review.

According to the report of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Wang Like was involved in at least eight crimes. Among them, there are four most serious crimes:

First, “serious violation of political discipline”, “never loyal and honest to the party, no political principles”, “participated in gangs within the party, engaged in political speculation and clinging to personal promotion in order to seek personal promotion.”

Secondly, “selling officials and squads seriously damages the political ecology of the political and legal system, especially the public security system, in the region where they serve.”

Third, “greed and reckless behavior, bribing others with huge amounts of property in order to seek illegitimate gains.”

Fourth, “unscrupulously engage in power and money transactions, use the convenience of position to make profits for others in business operations, loan processing, job adjustments, etc., and illegally receive huge amounts of property.”

Among the four crimes, the second and fourth are the normal state of the CCP’s officialdom and are common phenomena. The first and third items are probably the most important reasons why Wang Like was forced to “take the initiative to surrender”.

On October 24 last year, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection announced that Wang Like was “susceptible of serious violations of discipline and law and took the initiative to surrender”. Judging from the Central Discipline Inspection Commission’s report that Wang Like “has never been loyal and honest to the party”, his “voluntary surrender” should be “forced to surrender”. It’s just that Wang played another political game in order to ease the punishment.

How did Wang Like, who “has no principles in politics”, climbed from a small policeman in a police station to a high position as a member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Political and Legal Committee, becoming a deputy provincial and ministerial-level senior official?

The report of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has given preliminary answers. “Never loyal and honest to the party” shows that Wang Like has been deceiving the CCP since he joined the CCP, from a small liar to a medium liar and then a big liar. “There is no principle in politics”, that is, in order to achieve the goal, he will dare to do any bad things by all means. “Practicing political speculation and clinging to support” means looking for backers in the CCP. Whoever gains power will climb high branches, become vassals, sell themselves for help, send money to the “superior” in one hand, and collect money from the “inferior” in the other. Money, power, sex, whichever can be used, use whichever trick.

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection also mentioned that Wang Like “participated in gangs within the party.” Since the beginning of this year, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has reported on the vice-provincial and ministerial-level political and legal officials who “engage in gangs within the party.” Director Gong Daoan, former deputy governor of Shanxi Province and director of public security Liu Xinyun. Sun Lijun, the former deputy minister of the Ministry of Public Security, who fell earlier than these three and has not yet settled the case, is also an “veteran” who colludes and forms cliques from public reports. When Sun Lijun was “double-opened”, he might also inevitably “make gangs in the party.”

Wang Like, Deng Huilin, Gong Daoan, Liu Xinyun, and Sun Lijun can be called the “Five Tigers of Politics and Law”.

According to official reports, Deng Huilin began accepting bribes in 1999 and continued to accept bribes until January 2020, receiving a total of 42.67 million yuan; Gong Daoan began accepting bribes in 1999 and was still accepting bribes one month before he fell in July 2020. , Received a total of 73.47 million yuan (this is only an official figure); Liu Xinyun’s case has not yet been prosecuted; Sun Lijun was sacked earlier than the other “Four Tigers” and has not yet closed the case, indicating that his problem is more serious than the other “Four Tigers”. It is estimated that Liu Xinyun and Sun Lijun also started accepting bribes very early, and they received huge amounts of bribes.

The “Five Tigers of Politics and Law” all start from being a small official, and have always been a deputy provincial and ministerial official. Is there any reason to accept bribes instead of offering bribes? Judging from common sense, they also paid bribes all the way to higher-ranking officials to reach their highest positions.

When the “Five Tigers of Politics and Law” became senior officials at the vice-provincial and ministerial level, they all had a common old superior-Meng Jianzhu, a former member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China and secretary of the Central Political and Legal Committee. They are all “political thugs” promoted and reused when Meng Jianzhu was the Minister of Public Security and the Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Committee. Have they ever paid bribes to Meng Jianzhu? Judging from common sense, not only the bribe was paid, but it is likely to be a huge bribe.

The “Five Tigers of Politics and Law” all love to “make gangs.” What do you “make gangs” doing? The first is to take care of each other, you help me, and I help you; the second is to facilitate promotion to a larger official; the third is to serve the common master Meng Jianzhu and form a larger “gang” to seek greater benefits.

Who promoted the reuse of Meng Jianzhu? Former CCP dictator Jiang Zemin, former CCP Politburo Standing Committee Member and State Vice President Zeng Qinghong. Jiang, Zeng, and Meng are in a gang. The “Five Tigers of Politics and Law” and Mencius are in a gang. Through their relations, Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong, Meng Jianzhu, Sun Lijun, Deng Huilin, Gong Daoan, Liu Xinyun, and Wang Like became a “big gang”.

With Jiang, Zeng, and Meng at the top, the “Five Tigers of Politics and Law” are even more courageous. They dare to say any strange things and dare to do any bad things.

On September 14, the mainland media of the Chinese Communist Party published “Iron Fist Smashed to Li Ling and the Dazed! “The article broke the explosive news that Luo Wenjin, the captain of the Criminal Police Corps of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, Jiang Zemin’s hometown, wanted to plot against the “main leaders of the country”.

The article read: “He (Luo Wenjin) and Deng Huilin are both fellows from Wuhan, Hubei. The two exchanged ideas, arbitrarily discussing the central government’s policies, and insulting the country’s main leaders. Even planning the leaders’ commemorative activities in Nanjing went wrong. The criminal activities were prevented by the personnel of the Ministry of Security.”

If Deng Huilin and Luo Wenjin “insult the country’s main leaders” together, wouldn’t they “insult the country’s main leaders” with Sun Lijun, Gong Daoan, Liu Xinyun, and Wang Like? Wouldn’t they find other opportunities to “conspiracy” against the main leaders of the country?

Wang Like is Luo Wenjin’s senior superior. In March 2013, Wang Like was transferred to the Director of Public Security of Jiangsu Province; in April, he served as Assistant Governor and Director of Public Security of Jiangsu Province. In December of the same year, he was appointed as Deputy Governor of Jiangsu Province. In November 2015, Wang Like was promoted to the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and concurrently as the Secretary of the Provincial Political and Legal Committee in December. Luo Wenjin served as the head of the Anti-Terrorism Corps of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department in 2013. After that, he served as the political commissar of the Criminal Police Corps and the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, the head of the Criminal Police Corps, and the director of the Criminal Investigation Bureau. He retired in July 2018. Luo Wenjin worked under Wang Like for five years. Luo Wenjin’s plan to “conspiracy” against major leaders of the country has nothing to do with Wang Like?

Luo Wenjin is only an official at the deputy department and bureau level, and the “Five Tigers of Politics and Law” are also at the deputy provincial and ministerial level. To “conspiracy” against the country’s main leaders (many commentators interpret this as assassinating Xi Jinping and engaging in a coup), they are at best “political thugs”, and Meng Jianzhu may be involved behind them.

If Meng Jianzhu and the “Five Tigers of Politics and Law” plus Luo Wenjin’s “conspiracy against the main leaders of the country”, are Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong involved behind it?

Now that Wang Like has been “double-opened”, next, will Meng Jianzhu become the next deputy state-level senior official to be sacked?
