The line of action for the white areas proposed by the Regions is shared with the Government, which will then be implemented in a forthcoming ordinance of the Minister of Health: the proposal provides that – without prejudice to the basic criteria of prevention, masks, spacing, ventilation and sanitation closed places – once a Region enters the white zone, the so-called “curfew” is overcome and the reopening of economic and social activities can be anticipated at the time of the passage for which the current legislation already provides for the resumption of activities in a moment following. The conclusions of the summit
In the proposal, moreover «the reference for carrying out the activities is that of the“ Guidelines for the reopening of economic and social activities ”, adopted by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces and other protocols, pursuant to art. 12 of the legislative decree 65/2021 “. The sharing of the line of action for the white areas emerged after the meeting between the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, and the president of the Conference of Regions, Massimiliano Fedriga, which was also attended by Giovanni Rezza, director general of the Ministry’s Prevention della Salute and Silvio Brusaferro, president of the Higher Institute of Health.
