MONTEBELLUNA. “We are looking for workers”: the banner stands out in front of Dalla Riva Parquet, the company of Luigino Dalla Riva, one office in Montebelluna and one in Caerano. His are the parquet floors of 12 out of 16 sports halls where the Serie A basketball teams play.

Between salary, overtime and travel, a novice 20-year-old reaches 1,600 euros net per month, while a 40-year-old with experience reaches 2,000.
