On that day, Xi’an notified 122 new local confirmed cases of the Chinese Communist Party virus. This is the 8th consecutive day that Xi’an has more than 100 newly confirmed cases. On the first day of the new year, the Xi’an authorities internally announced that they required the realization of “zero social status” within 3 days, that is, January 4. A large number of people have been taken away for centralized isolation and miserable.

According to official media reports, on January 2, the city of Xi’an notified 122 newly confirmed local cases, of which 104 were found in isolation control and 18 were found in nucleic acid screening. At present, Xi’an City has reported a total of 1,573 confirmed cases of the Chinese Communist Party virus.

According to official media reports, on December 31, 2021, a video conference on epidemic prevention and control in Shaanxi Province was held in Xi’an. Liu Guozhong, secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, called for the Chinese Communist Party virus epidemic to be brought under control as soon as possible.

Netizens disclosed the official internal documents, requesting that the “social aspect is cleared” on January 4, 2022:

Local residents explained what the so-called “social aspect is cleared” means: those who are quarantined are not considered as “social aspect”, and infection with the CCP virus is also said to be diagnosed during the isolation period, not social transmission. The authorities did this because these officials wanted to keep their black hats. All districts in Xi’an are required to issue military warrants, and within 3 days, the diagnoses in the community must be cleared.

A video posted by netizens shows that in response to the goal of achieving zero social coverage on January 4, Xi’an has increased its human and material resources from January 2 to pull more residents of the community away from centralized isolation.

People in a certain community who have been pulled out of centralized isolation report that the conditions of the isolated housing are extremely poor, and the supply cannot keep up. They are facing hungry stomachs, and there are many elderly and children who are afraid of humanitarian disasters.
