BELLUNO. Local products land on the students’ tables. Dussmann service, which together with La Vela catering won the competition for school canteens in Belluno schools, has signed an agreement with Coldiretti to enrich the menu with numerous zero-kilometer foods.
A novelty that is making school: the agreement has been taken as a reference by other Italian realities, which are contacting the trade association to understand how to develop it in their territories.
