According to the unified arrangement of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, from March 27 to October 29, 2022, airports across the country will implement the summer and autumn flight plans. During the summer and autumn flight season this year, Zhengzhou Airport plans to have a total of more than 5,200 weekly flights, of which the daily passenger flights are about 680. Compared with the same period last year, the average daily flights increased by 42. By the end of March this year, there were 38 passenger airlines operating regular routes at Zhengzhou Airport, including 34 domestic passenger airlines and 4 regional airlines (China Airlines, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific and Air Macau). It is planned to open 151 passenger routes and 87 passenger destinations. Compared with the 2021 summer and autumn sailing season, 6 new passenger destinations will be added this year, namely Zhengzhou to Bijie, Beihai, Bazhong, Kuqa, Chengdu Tianfu and Yulin.
In the summer and autumn flight season this year, the trend of public transportation of flights from Zhengzhou to some cities is obvious.Among them, the average daily number of flights from Zhengzhou to Kunming has reached 20. Compared with previous years, 2 new flights have been added. The average daily number of flights from Zhengzhou to Guangzhou will reach 17 flights, an increase of 1 flight over the same period last year. The average daily flight from Zhengzhou to Shanghai The number of flights between Zhengzhou and Urumqi will reach 16, an increase of 2 flights per day, and the number of flights between Zhengzhou and Shenzhen will reach 16, an increase of 1 flight per day, and the number of flights from Zhengzhou to Chengdu per day Both reached 12 classes, an increase of 4 classes year-on-year.
In order to meet the air travel needs of emerging tourist cities in the Central Plains, after the implementation of the summer and autumn flight season, some airlines plan to open 53 regional routes at Zhengzhou Airport, covering Xishuangbanna, Lijiang, Xichang, Taizhou, Zhoushan, Zhangjiajie, Hulunbuir, Bayan Naoer and other tourist cities, of which there are 9 cities flying to Xinjiang, from Zhengzhou to Korla, Aksu, Hotan, Hami, Ruoqiang, Karamay, Kuqa, Shihezi and Yining.
