On July 17, Beijing time, the 2022 IAAF Oregon Athletics World Championships entered the second match day at Hayward Stadium at the University of Oregon. In the men’s 100-meter semi-final, which has attracted much attention, Su Bingtian ran 10.30 seconds in the second group, ranking last among the 23 athletes in the semi-final and was eliminated.
Su Bingtian started in the second group. His starting reaction was 0.133 seconds, and there was an acceleration after 30 meters, but he showed obvious difficulty in the second half, and finally finished at the bottom of the group with a score of 10.30 seconds and missed the final. Fred Klee and Christian Coleman were the top two in the group.
Comprehensive semi-final results, Tokyo Olympic champion Jacobs missed the semi-finals, Jamaica’s 2001 teenager Sewell ran a good result of 9.90 seconds and ranked first, and American player Marvin Bracey ranked first with 9.93 seconds. Second, South African player Akani Simbin refreshed the best time of the season with 9.97 seconds, beating Cuiwang Brommel and ranking third, Brommel, Fred Klee and Christian Coleman Ranked 4th, 5th, and 6th respectively, Japan’s Sani Brown ranked 7th with 10.05 seconds, and Canada’s Aaron Brown ranked 8th with 10.06 seconds, the best result of the season, and made the cut. Su Bingtian finally ranked last among the 23 athletes.
