2021 China Sports Culture Expo China Sports Tourism Expo will be held at the Guangzhou World Trade Center Expo from November 26-28. The design and construction of the booth in the main exhibition area of ​​sports culture are now procured. The project budget is 742,000 yuan.
1. Project name
2021 China Sports Culture Expo sports culture main exhibition area design and construction service projects.
2. Project content
(1) Designed total area: 2200 square meters, newspaper area: 3016 square meters.
Hall 1 on the 1st floor, including six booth areas: 101 booth (36*31 meters) area: 1116 square meters; 102 booths (36*31 meters) 1116 square meters; 103 booths (14*12 meters) area: 168 square meters Meters; 104 booths (14*16 meters) area: 224 square meters; 105 booths (14*16 meters) area: 224 square meters; 106 booths (14*12 meters) area: 168 square meters.
(2) General planning of the exhibition area
1. Entrance image design: about 150 square meters
This exhibition area is the first part after entering the exhibition hall. A themed lintel should be designed at the entrance, including: the text and logo of the China Sports Tourism Expo in 2021 China Sports Culture Expo, the main organizer, and the theme of the expo. After entering the venue, there must be visual impact, and the content and color of the exhibition should highlight the theme of the expo.
2. Chinese sports culture exhibition: about 1,500 square meters
(1) China Sports has a long history-Chinese traditional sports culture exhibition: about 300 square meters, pictures and texts show traditional Chinese sports activities represented by archery, riding, cuju, martial arts, and Go. It mainly displays pictures and texts, supplemented by scenes and interactive displays.
(2) The power of sportsmanship-Tokyo Olympics style exhibition: about 300 square meters, display the Tokyo Olympic medal list, champion athletes style display, Tokyo Olympic torch relay, Chinese delegation equipment, athletes’ signature clothing and equipment, etc. Designed in the form of graphics + physical display + interactive area.
(3) The Winter Olympics Knowledge and Culture Corridor: about 200 square meters, displaying the 7 major events of the Winter Olympics, 15 sub-items introduction (graphic + video), China’s participation in the previous Winter Olympics, and the Chinese meaning of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics , Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games torch, medals and venue pictures, as well as Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics mascots, Winter Olympics related souvenirs and other cultural products. Designed in the form of pictures + posters physical display.
(4) Sports art exhibition area: about 700 square meters, displaying sports art works (calligraphy, painting, sculpture, etc.) created by national artists, about 100 calligraphy and sculpture exhibits, including the interactive area for pen fairs, supporting corresponding display racks, booths, and exhibitions Tools and necessary artistic creation tools and materials.
3. Center stage area: about 500 square meters
Text: 2021 China Sports Culture Expo, China Sports Tourism Expo text and logo, and the main organizer.
LED large screen, sound microphone, host desk, etc. It can accommodate 30 people on the performance stage + 90 audience seats, cordon, on-site work long tables of 2.4 meters and 12 chairs.
4. Reserved exhibition area: This part is only in the plan location of the main exhibition area, without design and construction. About 800 square meters.
5. One guest room: about 40 square meters (10 people, sofa, coffee table, water heater, coffee refreshments, etc.).
6. 1 staff rest room and storage room: about 20 square meters (equipped with tables, chairs, water heaters, etc.).
(3) Design and construction requirements:
1. The theme of the Expo: “A new mission and a new journey will realize the same dream”.
2. This exhibition area is an image display of the organizer. The design must be distinctive and bright, and there must be a certain amount of time for the audience to stop.
4. The overall design of the exhibition area has cultural heritage and sports characteristics, and the supporting interactive links and facilities can attract audiences to participate and stop.
5. The spatial division is reasonable, the exhibition line is clear, and the flow of people is reasonable and smooth.
3. Project announcement period
Announcement period for this project: November 5-9, 2021.
4. Qualification requirements of the purchaser
(1) Having the ability to independently bear civil liability;
(2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
(3) Having the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary for the performance of the contract;
(4) It has a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) In the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity, there is no record of major violations in business activities;
(6) Consortium quotations are not accepted for this purchase;
(7) The bidder/quoter shall not be a supplier listed on the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as the list of untrustworthy persons and parties to major tax violations, and shall not be the supplier of the China Government Procurement Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) .ccgp.gov.cn) Suppliers in the list of records of serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors in government procurement (within the time and geographical scope specified in the penalty decision);
Five, purchaser registration and submission of documents
The legal representative or authorized representative must submit the relevant response documents (see attachment) as required, and each page must be stamped with the official seal of the quoter. Accept express delivery and on-site registration. Only the units that have successfully registered and meet the conditions can participate in the competitive negotiation.
6. Negotiation time and place

The negotiating representative designated by each bidder shall not exceed three persons.
(4) When participating in competitive negotiations, the following documents are required:

Seven, notification of results
Our center will organize experts to evaluate the response plan and notify the winning bidders by telephone before November 12, 2021, and no further notice will be given to the unsuccessful bidders.
The rights and obligations of the project between the winning bidder and our center are subject to the formal contract signed by both parties.
