According to the Beijing Major Projects Office, as of July 17, Beijing and the Yanqing Winter Olympics were responsible for the construction of 57 Winter Olympics projects, and 53 projects have been completed. The remaining 4 projects are scheduled to be completed in 2021. The renovation of the National Stadium “Bird’s Nest”, which is responsible for the opening and closing ceremonies, will be fully launched on July 4 and is scheduled to be completed in October 2021.

Going all out to prepare for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics is one of the two major events in Beijing in 2021.
