ROMA. The Minister of Sustainable Infrastructures and Mobility, Enrico Giovannini, in agreement with the Minister of Economy and Finance, Daniele Franco, and with the undersecretary for sport, Valentina Vezzali, has appointed the three members of state honor of the Board of Directors of the company “Infrastructure Milano Cortina 2020-2026 Spa”. It is about Veronica Vecchi, indicated for the office of president, of Luigivalerio Sant’Andrea appointed CEO, and of Valentina Favaretto. The other two appointments to the company’s Board of Directors are the responsibility of the Lombardy and Veneto Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, which jointly indicated Tommaso Santini e Angelo De Amici.
With the same decree, Giovannini appointed three of the five members of the company’s board of statutory auditors: Enrico Brambilla to the presidency, Raffaella Pallavicini e Giovanni Cioffi. Also for the board of statutory auditors, the other two members are appointed jointly by the Lombardy and Veneto Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, which have approved the names of Elisa Carli e Patrick Bergmeister. “Infrastructure Milano Cortina 2020-2026 Spa” is a public company supervised by Mims, established for the construction of infrastructural works for the Winter Olympic Games. As foreseen by the law decree n. 92 of 23 June 2021, which is being examined by Parliament, the company will also deal with the sports facilities connected to the event, explains Mims. The appointment decree will take effect upon completion of the constitution of the company
