Today’s competition program includes the Triathlon sprint Gold Silca cup: at 9 starts for the women’s competition (one heat only), at 10.45 for the men’s one (with five heats). Each battery of 100 participants will be divided into two 50-piece trances, with the 50 “seconds” diving into the water 10 seconds after the previous ones. The batteries will have a one minute spacing. For men and women the classic sprint distances: 750 meters swimming, 19.3 km (2 laps of 0.6 km) of cycling and 5 km (1 lap of 5 km) of running.
