Rome, June 26, 2022 – Damiano Tommasi (center left) wins the ballot a Verona with 53%, against the 46% of Federico Sboarina (center-right). “I hope to be part of this project in an important way – was Tommasi’s first reaction -. Tommasi made it known that he had heard the opponent of the center-right Sboarina: “I heard him, he wished me well, he said good luck-he added-in this electoral campaign we have also won in the ways” .

The center-left wins the main challenges: first of all Parmawhere the former councilor of Pizzarotti, Michele Guerrasupported by the center-left but not by the M5s, flies to 66% and beats Pietro Vignali (Lega and FI) who, for the second round, had also obtained the support of FdI.

And it also conquers Piacenza, con Katia Tarasconi (Pd) which is imposed with 53% on the outgoing mayor Patrizia Barbieri of the center-right.

The center-left (with M5S) then wins a Catanzaro: Nicola Fiorita, close to 60% while the challenger Valerio Donato supported by the center right is just over 40%.

Pure ad Alexandria the center-left candidate Giorgio Abonante, with 54% of the preferences, beats the outgoing center-right mayor Gianfranco Cuttica di Revigliasco, who is still at 46%.

Thirteen capitals went to the ballot: Alessandria, Cuneo, Como, Monza, Verona, Gorizia, Parma, Piacenza, Lucca, Viterbo, Frosinone, Barletta and Catanzaro.
