The Croatian: “I feel very good in Sassari, excellent agreement with Bucchi”
SASSARI. Dinamo Banco di Sardegna fits another piece of the 2022-23 roster: Croatian play guard Filip Kruslin has renewed his contract and will remain in Sassari for another year. The 33-year-old originally from Zagreb returned to Sardinia in the middle of last season, after making his debut in the Italian championship with the Dinamo Banco di Sardegna shirt the previous year. “I decided to stay in Sassari because I feel very comfortable here, and my family is very happy too”, commented the Croatian. “Last year I reached the championship which had already begun and then I found an excellent understanding with coach Bucchi, thanks to whom we had a good season finale. I hope to be able to do even better next year.” Now in the Dinamo roster only the box of the starting center remains to be covered: the first choice of the management and the technical staff remains Miro Bilan, protagonist of the positive transformation of the team in the last championship. Negotiations are underway between the Croatian and the company for the renewal of the contract, and even if Bilan has many requests from teams with much richer portfolios than Sassari, the signing could be a matter of hours.
