Benetton adds another … Cannon to its arsenal: after Niccolò, 23 years old, Lorenzo, his little brother born in 2001, arrived. Contract until 2024. Lorenzo will be twenty years old next Monday: m. 1.90 for 102 kg, third line able to play both number 8 and as a flanker. In the last season he played for Petrarch, losing the final of the Top 10: 16 total appearances, 15 as a starter, an important contribution both in support of the action and in defense, with incessant tackles and a very good breakdown job. «I can’t wait to meet all the new teammates and soon join the group. Having my brother by my side will certainly facilitate this process and at the same time will represent a further stimulus to improve myself day after day in order to conquer as much time as possible ». A skilled ball carrier, Lorenzo is also a tireless defensive tackler. He made the rounds of the youth national team, playing for Italy Under 17, 18 and 20.
