Although the award ceremony was held every evening, the flag-raising team started a busy day at ten in the morning. At most, they have ten awards ceremonies a day, which means raising 30 national flags. Because the raising of the flag is the most glorious moment for athletes, and it also reflects a kind of respect for the country. The national flag must reflect the most perfect effect.
Although each award ceremony is only nine minutes long, the 27 staff members of the flag-raising team go through more than 40 steps. It is precisely because each award ceremony has strict time requirements, every step of the flag-raising team is strictly measured and accurate to the second.

The flag-raising operating device cannot see the flag stand (situation), so we completely rely on passwords to communicate mutual information in order to achieve close cooperation, and the passwords have been changed to version 12. I think so far, we have accomplished this task quite successfully. In such a big event, we were able to complete the task very well. I think it is an extraordinary experience for each of us.
