Bonomi, four goals against Cagliari lomellini at the top with the Tiber

by admin

CASTLE OF AGOGNA

All easy for Bonomi against Cus Cagliari: yesterday afternoon at Castello d’Agogna the Lomellini clearly beat the Sardinian team (4-0) and thus hooked the Tiber Roma in first place, surprisingly defeated in the Roman derby with Butterfly: a however provisional record since several teams have one game less played. An easy victory for Bonomi who quickly reached 2-0 with Guzman and Missaglia and then definitively closed the accounts in the last period with the goals of Ursone and Spitale.

“We needed a success after the disappointment of last week in Rome and the redemption has arrived”, underlines the manager of Bonomi, Piero Nabarro. A surprising turn because the Tiber yielded to the “cousins” of the Butterfly and therefore stopped its race, allowing itself to be reached by Bonomi at the top.

Next Saturday the A1 series championship will stop: in fact it is scheduled to stop to make room for the Italian men’s field hockey team which will meet tomorrow and then leave for Cardiff, Wales, where it will play the qualifiers for the World Cup scheduled for next year. The championship will restart with a double round on the last weekend of October: on Saturday 30th Bonomi will be away to Bra, on Sunday 31st it will host Ht Sardegna.

3rd day: Bonomi-Cus Cagliari 4-0, Butterfly Rome-Tevere Rome 3-0. Ranking: Tiber Rome e Bonomi 6; Bra, Padua, Bologna, Butterfly Rome and Cus Cagliari 3; Ht Sardinia and Juvenilia 0. –
