Borgialli triumphs at home: it is the king of the Ultra trail of Lake Orta over 100 km

Riccardo Borgialli is the winner of the queen race of Utlo, the Ultra trail of Lake Orta. On the home paths, the Cusian champion, bearer of the Salomon team and Sport Project Vco, won the main distance, the 100 km: he reached the finish line in Omegna after 11 hours, one minute and 44 seconds. Behind him came the Frenchman Arnaud Lejeune with a gap of 12 minutes. In third place Michael Dola who completed the podium 38 minutes from the winner.

High-level winner also in the 55 km race: the first place was in fact Andreas Reiterer (4 hours 57 ’58’ ‘), reigning Italian champion of specialties. Behind him the New Zealander Scotty Hawker and Manuel Bonardi. First woman (sixth overall) Agnese Valz Gen.
