The 147 competitors who took part in the non-competitive “Tuttiinpiagiama” walk in Borgomanero woke up yesterday – Tuesday 26 April – at dawn, a little earlier. The race started at 5.30 and was organized by the «La Cecca» group in collaboration with the Lions Borgomanero Host, the Municipal Department of Sport, the Pro loco and the San Bernardo association.

All to walk the streets of the historic center in the name of solidarity: the proceeds went to the Mimosa association which supports the oncological day hospital of the Borgomanero hospital. The runners crossed the Resistance Park and the four courses of the historic center starting and arriving from the headquarters of the San Bernardo association, at the foot of the Colombaro.

The Guglielmetti family (two brothers and two sisters) of Prato Sesia dominated. First and second in the male category, first and third in the female one. In first place Claudio Guglielmetti in 19 ’10 ”, who preceded his brother Francesco and Stefano Rupil. In the women’s field, Giulia Guglielmetti won in 21’57 ”, ahead of Chiara Cerlini and Gorgia Guglielmetti.
