Ivan Federico, 22, skater from Arè di Caluso and Federico Tontodonati, 31, walker originally from Vische, but resident in Turin, arrived in eighteenth and forty-fourth position in their respective races yesterday.
The Calusian skater, in free practice, out of twenty competitors, scored 46.90 points failing to enter the first eight positions and consequently reach the final.

Although the results were not excellent, however, the commitment was never lacking, both first in training on Japanese soil and during the race, unfortunately a pinch of bad luck and the psychological aspect were decisive aspects to condition their performance, as they affirmed. for example, the parents of ivan Federico: “We followed the race from home with his friends and we are still proud of what our son managed to do in Tokyo, unfortunately, as the team manager of the national team also stated, he could have gone in the final, but a bit of bad luck and the psychological aspect determined this position ».
