Covid, new EU map: dark red Puglia, Piedmont and Valle D’Aosta – Foreign

Covid, the new EU map (Ecdc)

Rome, April 15, 2020 – Valle d’Aosta, Piedmont and Puglia are the only Italian regions colored in dark red, or with a high incidence of contagion from Covid, in the map updated by the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (Ecdc). Molise is orange, with 128 cases per 500 thousand inhabitants.

In the rest of Europe the situation worsens in Hungary and Poland, and remains critical in Czech Republic, Sweden and much of the France. In the Iberian Peninsula, however, the province of Valencia it drops to 42 infections per 500 thousand inhabitants, with a color turning towards yellow.
